Hillary Clinton on ABC's "This Week" promised to garnish wages or some other similar type of enforcement if you do not buy her healthcare plan.

Her chief strategist said on Meet the Press this morning that she didn’t say that but ummm…check it out, and h/t to ThinkOnTheseThings.

because there are penalties if you drive and don't have Car Insurance.

What the fuck are these people smoking? "Universal Healthcare" means that YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK OR PAY to get healthcare. It means you only have to be a human being. This Orwellian word play is disgusting me.

They should call it by what it is: "Mandatory Health Insurance"

Why can't we just all pay an extra 15% in taxes and do away with private "Health Insurance" all together, and have a country like Sweden where it's TRUE Universal Healthcare, College is paid for if you want to go.

"Health Insurance" as it is currently anyways is fucking SCAM!! You pay all these premiums, but there is loop hole after loop hole for ways the insurance company can back out and you end up paying for the full medical bill anyways! That's a fucking SCAM!!

This country sucks.

CARE. C-A-R-E. Health CARE is what people need, not more insurance salesmen promising one thing and delivering zilch.

It's very easy, only two things need be done: (1) Private Sector: Expand Medicare coverage to all citizens. (2) Public Sector: Expand VA eligibility to all citizens.

She didn't before - she won't this time either.

It's a great idea. It works. And most important it is probably the only way to reduce the average cost of health care. Right now, those who pay for insurance pay to cover those who don't.
