including Saturday night's news on KGO, KNTV, and KPIX with live coverage. Possibly a turning point in media coverage, and certainly quite a remarkable change from the total blackout of events like these only a few months ago!

Time=7:28

Although edited out of this clip, it was also interesting that all stations followed these reports with the story of a troop deployment ceremony in Dublin, CA. The NBC affiliate (KNTV) also showed footage of a Navy aircraft carrier leaving San Diego for the middle east, and lots of crying family members. Some stations then followed these reports with the story of a soldier from Hayward who lost his life in Iraq on Thursday. All in all, a tremendous amount of TV coverage triggered by the protests in D.C. and San Francisco.
