I rarely watch tv, maybe 30 minutes a day. Yesterday afternoon I sat down and watched for a half an hour and caught the last half of a show on homeless teenagers who managed to graduate from high school. All day today, I just kept thinking, how can I help them? I have no money; I am in college (at age 52) for one more semester. And if I were to meet and work with them, won't I just want to bring them home? ALL of them? Hubby couldn't do that. (Although he was a foster dad to some 20 children when he was younger.)

But now, I have to call the homeless shelter tomorrow. Somebody must be calling me. Twice in a day and a half is too much.
