3. Damn, what the hell did the WSJ do to McCain?
Seriously, to be that much of an asshole, there had to be something in the WSJ that McCain didn't like. That's worse than Bush/Cheney's "Major League Asshole" gaffe.

6. He even let out a little, "oooooh" at the end
Seriously, does anyone have any info on what slight or perceived (more likely) slight was done to McCain by the WSJ to warrant this level of dickery?

13. According to Sam Stein at Huffpost:
it should be noted that the exchange occurred after her name appeared on two recent articles that the McCain campaign likely viewed as critical. On Wednesday, Holmes co-authored a piece titled "News Coverage Of Obama Irks McCain Team."

"John McCain used to jokingly call the media 'my base.' Now, he and his aides are becoming increasingly frustrated with what they see as a growing press infatuation with his rival, Barack Obama."

That same day, her byline was on an article titled: "Consensus May Be Nearing on Iraq Pullout," undoubtedly a foreign policy frame that the McCain campaign is loathe to acknowledge.

7. Interesting.
I wonder how loud he would squeal if the Journal stopped covering him altogether. Treat him as if he doesn't exist.

8. That stuff he does with his mouth at the end is very odd.
All in all, a strange and un-attractive performance.
