I wished Kucinich could be the next president of the USA. What a difference that would make...

and it hurts to think of what might have been, but he is still in there fighting for us & for our country. He will never stop & he tells it like it is!

and included a note thanking the man for his efforts. Sadly to say my representatives in Congress have less backbone than a jellyfish. I wrote to them in support of impeachment, but got back the usual BS about having to preserve the unity with the Rethugs, that we couldn't get a conviction, etc.

Needless to say, I am supporting any Democrat candidate that wants to take on the incumbent jellyfish.

helped me keep some measure of faith in the possibility that this government will someday be held accountable. I will e-mail this posting with the hope that everyone who reads it and watches the video with go to your web site and sign on.

May this issue not die.

And yes, I mean that as a compliment. =)

I do believe that Pelosi is holding many individuals who are rightfully fighting for accountability and preservation of our Constitution from accomplishing their goals. Rep. Conyers is another one who has been stopped from his fight. Where did Pelosi gain the power to do this ... I obviously don't understand the position of Speaker of the House. I know they control the lineup of articles to be discussed and voted upon .. what else? :shrug:

It was so long ago. I wonder if I should sign again just in case, even though I'm pretty sure I already have?

We had about 20 people there last night, so I gave my little pep talk about signing these articles "i you care about our constitution..." and then added the need to sign the petition for paper ballots to be brought back THIS election.

They just finished their local website, so today I'm forwarding the links to them so all of the members (125) will have this info. Not a huge group, but darn, here in RED world, it's not bad.

Go Kucinich and Go Wexler:-)

Both of these men need our support -- wonder how we could raise money for them? If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

This was a huge success....every voice, each signature counts.
As far as raising money, I've simply donated on the sites....
I haven't even donated to my own Rep, who is one of the most liberal in Congress...
Signing the petition/donating money automatically puts one on the mailing list.
I got the video via email....and get updates from Wexler.

THat's nice to hear, because I felt a little silly, but I figured hey, maybe these people don't know this stuff. Today, I got a few thank you emails from them so I guess they were glad for the info. more good news- one of the people I met last night is working on a website that sounds pretty cool. Lawyers are saying it has the kind of info that lobbyists pay big for but we the people don't know -- so this guy is getting donations to run this site for free, for the people. He's also taking my links and adding them to several local websites. I got a few people to join me in registering people to vote and convinced several friends to take election day off so we can video the vote.

Now I just have to concentrate on the paper ballot thing and the impeachment thing. I am sure if our election isn't rigged Obama will WIN.

Thank you to all the DUers who signed, kicked, recommended, to get Dennis on the greatest!
He asks so little of us, and is dedicating his life to the betterment of humanity...
