"Drill Here, Drill Now" is a cute little slogan that the Oil Lobby has come up with and gotten our Republican politicians to parrot.

The problem is that the oil companies already have 40 million acres of oil drilling rights and they are just sitting on it counting their money. Why should we give them more land to hoard when we know damn well they don't want to flood the market and make oil cheaper.

drilling will save us at the pump.

These republicans embarrass themselves with their very own stupidity. Let's point that out

and how about the fact that they will sell this oil on world market anyway? how does that impact our gas prices here?

AUSTRALIA will have its first plug-in electric car by the end of next year.

The baby Mitsubishi i MiEV has been confirmed for local sales, with a showroom target in the final months of 2009 and a starting price in the $30,000 range.

The company plans to skip the hybrid phase of future car development and go straight to a plug-in, with a claimed top speed of 180km/h and a range of 200km
