Again, again, again, Cenk makes the great point: People living on the boarder of Mexico or Canada, or in Florida, would qualify as having FP experience if that was all it took.

that I have as much foreign policy experience as Palin because I grew up within 30 miles of Canada, and I watched a lot of CBC growing up.
