Interesting how the Republicans put forward attractive women as their spokespeople as if that means their campaign is up to speed on women's rights and forward looking. I guess they think a little "sex appeal" will energize their campaign. Like their "hottest Governor from coolest state" button. How sexist.

Yet another ploy. We know where the McCain camp really stands on women's issues---decades back in history.

I really really think Dems should hit them for being liars. I have heard McCain answer a question in an interview (about his wife and his age, I think) in which he rather proudly said, "I lied", and then he laughed. HE LAUGHED ABOUT BEING A LIAR !!

What struck me is that McCain has always said he NEVER went after ANY pork, but it has been verified that isn't true.

I think I am starting to see the appearance of 18 million itsy, bitsy, teeny, tiny little cracks in this Republican facade that they are going to be able to reform their own 8 years of ruining this country from record surplus, great quality of life, business booming and other products of a Democratic-led administration. Hopefully the McCain Biden ticket can give their glass facade a swift kick and drop it like a shattered windshield. The fact that Palin is now getting folks to fight testimony, and there are going to be subpoenas is only raising the ante on this criminal matter of abuse of power of the governor's office of Alaska.

The more they stand in the way, the more they look like the mafia. Keep it up McCain - the Sopranos you ain't, but you're doing a great job of heading that direction.

Just from body language one could see that Nancy was squirming in that cosmetically altered covering of hers while Robert was nicely composed throughout. I hope many people saw this exchange.

I was just told ,by Friend of mine that he changes his vote because the women (palin) is beautiful. Should we be afraid. I don't like this. Then he said there is more men voting then women. talking about being mis informed.

Glad he was stressing that ethics investigation. Obama should layer that into his stump appearances as part of a "they won't change a damned thing about Washington" riff.
