Sarah Palin's extremist Pentecostal church in Wasilla, Alaska, espouses that Alaska will be a "shelter at the end of the world." In June 2008, Sarah Palin told the Wasilla Pentecostal congregation, whose members speak in tongues, that the Iraq war and the Alaskan Pipeline she was promoting, were "part of "God's Plan" and asked the congregation to pray for it. Sarah Palin holds radical religious beliefs. She opposes birthcontrol and abortion even in cases of rape or incest

Even more radical than pro theocracy George W. Bush's beliefs. Spread the word! Tell people you speak to who are considering voting for McCain.

love to say how bin Laden said they'll bring down the USA from the inside. These lunatics are MUCH more of a threat to do that than bin Laden or the radical Islamist will ever be. People need to wake up to just how out of touch with reality the radical right Christians are and and how dangerous they are.

5. Agree but the press needs to do their job
Sarah Palin has not spoken about her religious views since accepting the VP nomination and the press is just starting to talk about it. She needs to be asked about this during interviews and debates so voters hear it directly from her. She is being vetted by the public---that is what an election is whether she likes it or not.

I hope you're right. It will continue.

As Rachel Maddow said on Olbermann tonight, we need to know if she believes in seperation of church and state and whether or not she feels the policies she supports, is doing "God's will." IOW, is her religion so entangled with her policies that she will not respect seperation of church and state.

I don't expect her first interview on ABC to cover this, so it may be a long time before anyone is allowed to ask her about this, if ever.

warming. Even in their bible it says god made man caretaker of the earth in the first book genesis. I don't know where they get the idea they are god and should bring about the end of the world the first section genesis alone says are duty was to nurture the planet. This is why true christian Gore says protecting the planet is a moral duty, let alone even as atheists it's a logical human survival duty.
