2. This is out of the Rove playbook.
Seriously! This woman looks like a fish out of water, and clearly out of her league on this stage. This is some kinda head fake by Rove. The October surprise is going to be the real VP candidate.

3. ARRRRRGGGGGGG...
Everytime I hear her voice, I want to shove an icepick in my ear to make the pain stop....

Thankfully, for me at least, I guess, my ex-wife took the icepick...

5. To identify labor as the "fundamentals of our economy" is to assert that labor
creates wealth, which is Marxism 101. I'm glad to see that McCain has finally seen the light.

11. McSame forgot about the other fundamentals land and capital. Hmm... The mortgage market is not
looking to good, seems "Land" values are down. Another 500 points off the "Capital" value today too. As for labor, it does create wealth but they stopped being rewarded for their productivity gains and stopped sharing in the wealth they were creating. The fundamentals look pretty crappy to me. To quote a wise woman whose name I don't remember, "A fortune, pissed away!"

Another line stolen from Obama.

These people do not have a clue!

7. "What John meant to say, Sean, is
that the fundamentalists are strong. He knows that now because his campaign was in the dumpster until he picked me for his VP candidate, and even now no one shows up for his speeches unless I'm there too."

13. verbiage?
Verbiage is a mishmash of obscure, meaningless words thrown into what wants to pass as intelligent discourse. Isn't it? In saying that people were attacking McCain's verbiage, wasn't she admitting he was spouting verbiage?

18. Why didn't the reporter follow up and call her on this?
Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Yeah, people were attacking the verbiage. Right, the "fundamentals of the economy" are simply the American workers. I wonder if anybody at all is honestly believing that those two categories are logically equivalent. If John McCain taught an economics course, it would take a good 10 minutes, including break. Well, she will back up his lie in trying to cover up his clueless about the economy as a poor choice of verbiage as a thanks to his backing up her current lie about the bridge to nowhere.(okay, multiple lies)

21. someone should ask them if...
the fundamentals of our economy were strong during the great depression. if they say yes, then they look like idiots. if they say no, then they admit that the american workforce sucked during great depression.

22. We know what McCain meant when he said the fundamentals of the economy are strong.
And he didn't think of the American worker when he said this. That line was thrown out to patronize American workers.

This was the same guy, who, a few weeks ago, bitched that American workers wouldn't pick produce for $50/hour because the work is too hard. And now, they're trying to spin his latest gaffe on his perception of the state of the economy.

BTW, warn us in advance that we're going to see that pompous pukefaced Sean Insanity before we view the video.

24. Don't tell us what he "meant" to say....
If he was talking about the workforce being strong; then he should have used the word "workforce". Please.
