I knew candians were smarter. I don't about the white trash thing. I think on that they went to far.

It is the precise truth. Aside from the super rich, most of the Republican base consists of people whose brothers are their fathers. They have one brain cell more than your average goose so that they won't shit on the living room floor when they start squawking and I, for one, am sick and tired of being told how the world is from people who haven't the slightest clue.

It amazes me how many on the "other" side, that is, the Republicans, can dish it out superbly but are aghast when anything they feel is offensive comes their way. But bravo to the Canadian gentleman for standing up for the writer's right to say what not only she, and apparently many others, truly think. On the other hand, Limbaugh, et al can say whatever they want. If Faux News would stand up to both, maybe I could have a little more sympathy.

first of all, she should save her anger for the person who made the comments not the poor slob they conned into coming on their show. second, polls show that NO ONE except McCain really thinks Palin is a legitimate VP candidate. the world thinks she's a joke. third, she is making it sound like US Democrats and/or the Obama campaign said these things.
