1. Special Olympics
The only problem with this is the recipient of the funds. Alaska (Anchorage) hosted the Special Olympic games a few years ago; it was a grand opportunity to show the nation that we care and that we could organize to meet the requirements. The person chosen to head up the effort was Ben Stevens (son of the Senator, and currently under investigation for his own abuse of power as a State Senator). For his efforts (about 9 months), he was paid over $700,000. Those in the know said he didn't really do much except lend his name, and his Dad's name, to the fund-raising effort. Since then, I have only reluctantly responded to the Special Olympic drives.

However, Keith could very well go broke living up to his promise! There's no reason to believe that Palin's lies will let up any time soon.
