Wall St. has finally screwed average Americans to the point that they can feel their asses bleeding.

It's time we return the favor.

1. What's that when you take a gasoline-soaked car tire and put it over the shoulders
of a scumbag and set it on fire???

3. Yeah, tarring and feathering was usually fatal. I like either method.....
But we all know I'm JUST KIDDING.

8. You're such a big joker, cliff! I get it. Like he'd look like a bird for a minute, then he'd go BLEH
So silly. Just like when Bugs Bunny dies. I don't mean anything by it either. I'd hate to see anything extremely harmful or fatal happen to any of the Bush administration, despite my vehement disagreement with their misguided policies. If Paulson was chased down in the streets and beaten with clubs by starving children and it was broadcast live for the sole purpose of instilling fear into other highly successful people who have worked so hard to attain wealth with nothing but their wits and gumption and in some cases trust funds--that would be a very bad thing because America wasn't build on such terrible images of good men like this being humiliated by tar and feathering or flaming tires around their necks or even life in prison.

But I like funny silly jokes too!

12. Aw, wassa matta? I didn't know this was a sensitive persons zone.
And bugs bunny never dies.

This country was founded on tarring and feathering. And life in prison, and slavery. Which oddly enough is what you and your children and your children's children just got sold into.

This banking thingy on top of the war and the "Raise the debt, not the taxes" philosophy that the current regime has been following has completely changed the nature of what this country is capable of.

Now we are capable of almost servicing the debt. Before we MIGHT have been able to rebuild the schools or infrastructure or provide health care,.

Now we get to pay off the lifestyle of a bunch of good old boys that won't miss ONE glass of Chateau d'Quem at lunch next week.

And I'm a baaaaad person......I'd apologize but I'm not sorry one iota.

5. for the nitwits that confuse this with necklacing, look up the wikipedia article on it
or any other encyclopedia.

In addition to the historical practice, which was not always fatal and is still practiced in the clothed form today, it's a metaphor for public shaming.

It's ironic that people get get so PC here when it's right wing toes getting stepped on.

6. Boiling tar wouldn't always be fatal, but the scars would last a lifetime.

11. Nope.
These people just locked you and your children into debt that will NEVER be paid.

You are now going to be FULLY owned by multinational banking interests.

They are a cancer.

I wouldn't REALLY set them on fire.I wouldn't put them out, but I wouldn't light them up....

10. The answer was a response to a question....
about a flaming tire.

I know the difference between necklacing and tarring and feathering. I've seen the aftermath, thank you.........I'm not particularly good with cruelty to anyone.

And yes, I'm ok with public shaming, up to a point. However, I would point out that if this bunch aren't ashamed now, there's no likely way to make them suddenly find that emotion.

at this point I'd settle for making sure they don't give folks that presided over the creation of this mess "executive compensation" with the taxpayer funded bail out.
