I did this ad and feel like it needs to go viral. The word has to go out that McCain is not a Friend of American Veterans.

My points - he was against the GI Bills of Rights (Jim Webb's bill) - In
the past he voting against pay raises for GIs, he voted against additional
funds for mental health services for Vets returning from Iraq. He also
was against the floor on redeployments to Iraq - an attempt to increase
the time between redeployments.

These are totally legitimate things to bring up - albeit you have to do
it in a way that he can not say we are questioning his "love" for the troops. It has to
be delicate - even though we would like to shout it from the roof tops.

McCain's record is a pile of shit. That's why senators don't win - because
there is a long record to find bad stuff in. Why Obama or the Dems doesn't
bring this all up is just amazing to me.

Obama had a perfect opening in the debate when McCain said he "loved the troops."
I would have said - "You sound so sincere - and I believe you love our troops -
but specifically - why, John, did you vote against giving them pay raises?"

McCain's an asshole, and he doesn't support the troops. He supports the war, all right, just not, the troops.
