James Bamford is the author of The Puzzle Palace and Body of Secrets, books about the National Security Agency. The Puzzle Palace was the first real look at the NSA.

He also has a new book out called A Pretext for War: 9/11, Iraq, and the Abuse of America's Intelligence Agencies.

The clip isn't complete, but a good chunk of it is here ... Bamford talks about using NSA surveillance on the American people (he's against it) and the FSIA courts ('The only court that NEVER said no to the government'.)
