1. This is ridiculous..........

You claim you want the world to support American troops......but the administration only supports them as long as they're useful, and then you don't give a damn if they're homeless or ill or their children suffer from birth defects from DU.

Great. Land of the free.

Warning: Military service causes death, mutiliation, poverty, homelessness and complicated feelings of having been suckered.

I can't believe that the Post Office would be a scofflaw. If they let Guard and Reserve people lose their jobs when they return from deployment, who would want to join up?

3. Poorly written.. What is the legal defense?

Under the Soldiers and Sailors relief act an employer MUST rehire someone called up for duty. The big exception is if the position has been eliminated. If the position no longer exist you can not be returned to it.

My point is a few more facts would be nice, has the position been eliminated? Or just renamed? Facts like this would make it easier to decide on this case.
