14. Why is Biden's comment an issue? The WTC was attacked 1 month after Clinton took office.
9/11 occurred about 8 months after Bush was sworn in.

There's some precedence to Biden's comments.

But Crash shows the desperation of his campaign by bringing crap like this up.

And he can't even tell the story right. I think he could screw up a wet dream.
