Cavuto is lucky Dennis is such a gentleman.
Big ups to Dennis for slapping Cavuto with a touch of reality, this is a debt based economy.

4. Basically, anything that is suggested to help the average homeowner is the same as communism.

5. Basically this is how it ended
Edited on Sat Oct-25-08 08:57 PM by Reform
I typed this together quick so don't mind any mistakes

Neil Cavuto-
Congressman if we do what you say were going to be Russia

Dennis Kucinich-
Well actually I'm not interested in being Russia, I'm interested in being American again, and in America people have a dream of owning a home and that dream is being destroyed.

Neil Cavuto-
But were America with a hammer and a sickle (Referring To THe Soviet Union) were getting away from America

Dennis Kucinich-
Not a chance! Listen! Don't put that on me i'm an American and i think that its absolutely imperative that we stop the speculation thats been going on and still continuing, stop the bailout packages, we stop the bonuses we start putting the money where its needed, prime the pump of the economy , put people back to work, keep people in their homes, we can restore this system and we can restore investor confidence but we cant do it the way were going

3. Cavuto is a terminal idiot, and Dennis was GREAT. Thanks for posting.
Dennis tried to conduct an intelligent conversation.

Neil Cavuto embodied Faux News, and all that it is.

Enough said.

7. Cavuto - In america, we'd rather have hordes of homeless men, women and children...
than dare use the collective will of the people (government) to express a small degree of human kindness and compassion.

I fucking hate conservatives with every micro-fiber of my being.

10. Crappy captioning
The banner reads "Are stocks selling off on fears of liberal control of Washington?" That's just horseshit. Now we'll be hearing that for the next two weeks, and beyond.

13. They've been saying that for 8 months or more
Cavuto is another drooling RW moron, and all he did was try to force his stupid shallow talking points onto the conversation. I don't know how anyone with a functioning brain can watch that garbage. :puke:

12. Cavuto is slime. He speaks for the thieves - who say trickle down. But, they don't mean if -
they want to keep it for themselves to divvy up among their friends and eliminate their enemies and they want to screw the people. That's what Cavuto said. And, of course, he tries to make Kucinich and his ideas appear screwy. Between Cavuto and Kucinich, you know who you can believe.

Cavuto is as slimey as they come.

14. Dennis is right...
...sometimes the government must step in to save those who fall into the hands of shitheads.

It's like domestic violence...you can ignore the shouts, the screams, the scars and the bruises of your neighbor for awhile because nothing is happening to you and your life may be fine. But one day it comes to an unbearable point and it's time to take a stand...you have to make that call to social services and the police and the courts to save that neighbor who has been victimized.

That's not Russia...that's looking out for victims.

15. The thing that always gets me is the disconnect between Republican
theology and Republican praxis. They carry the CHristian banner louder than anyone, and yet when it comes time to practice what Christianity preaches, they default. Shame on them. We should call them on this at every opportunity.

16. Why do any big-name Dems go on Faux News?
Why give them legitimacy by going on their lousy network? Dennis did a good job there, but it's so painful to watch the likes of Cavuto do nothing but spin the Dems as communists.

18. i wish nobody would ever go on fox
then maybe fox would go away. i love dennis kucinich but i could not even keep listening. constant interruptions. did kucinich ever mention that people working hard to pay their bills just got screwed into bailing out the CEO's and rich mofos who didn't take care of their business?

they're not only disgusting they're rude, always. disrespectful ideologues - can't stand it. i couldn't watch it all, and only hope that kucinich was at some point allowed to complete one sentence at least.

20. Fox is just using Kucinich (to criticize DNC policies), and he goes along to get air time
Edited on Sun Oct-26-08 12:01 AM by Bippity Boo
I like Kucinich, and think he should get air time everywhere, but I wish he wouldn't go on Fox just because they want to use him for their agenda. Same as when they give airtime to Ralph Nader -- not out of any altruistic motive, but hoping he will slag on Democrats.

21. What a whimpy ass hole....voodoo......spltttt!!
That pompous sack of shit heard NOTHING Representative Kucinich said...especially at the end. We have to stop the banks from HOARDING the money given by the bailout, being used TO BUY OTHER BANKS; we have to stop the HUGE BONUSES going to CEO's responsible for this nightmare....and voodoo was busy coming up with another argument.

What a total ass hole!!

22. Every time I listen to Dennis Kucinich,
I am amazed he is not the Democratic nominee for President of the United States. This is not to take anything away from Barack. I support Senator Obama wholeheartedly, and I'm proud to say I voted for him for President last Tuesday. Nevertheless, at some point, I would love to see Dennis Kucinich in the Oval Office.
