1. C'mon, rate this puppy up. WAY up!
After all, some of our contributions went toward the production of this video. I'd like for it to get seen by all & sundry...independents, undecideds, lurking freepers, Michelle Malkin, et. al.

with Gov. Mark Sandford!

What happened to the Republicans? They used to be so good delivering their talking points. And didn't they just love Bush at one time?

9. bush=carrion necktie..
in olden times, if a farmer had a good dog suddenly start eating chickens, he take dead bird and tie it to the dog's neck. The dog was upset, but....time passed and the dog became frantic, as the chicken rotted. But mr farmer just banned poor mutt to back 40- the chicken was all maggots and hideous stench in juices. poor dog fought to rid itself of the horrorshow, lost all appetite and was dying of thirst to boot, when finally farmer called him in, freed the carrion and gave his dog a good bath, followed by a meal. The dog is the bushevik newsmedia/bush supporters; the chicken is junyer bush and gop, and the farmer is we the people...

49. The same idea was employed on sailing ships.
Insubordination by a sailor was sometimes punished by tieing a dead albatross to the unlucky sailor.
An albatross, in case you don't know, is like a huge seagull.

Bush is McCains albatross!

13. Excellent Ad.. and goshy, gee whiz, it's from the DNC !
I've been pretty impressed with the DNC's strategy and creative brainpower under the leadership of Howard Dean... I think this is the best campaign ad I've seen coming out of that shop so far..

this is the kind of thing that needs to be pumped out 24/7 in this final home stretch to a landslide victory. :applause: :toast: :applause:

24. *Republicans are the party of “borrow and spend”*
McCain says this "My Friends, Tax And Spend, Tax And Spend... "

*The truth is that the Republicans are the party of “borrow and spend”.*

While it is a great jabbing sound bite, the facts show that the “tax and spend” rhetoric Republicans often spew about Democrats is not as bad as it sounds. Taxing before spending actually reflects good government. The facts also show that it most often takes a Democratic President to control and reduce spending. The truth is that the Republicans are the party of “borrow and spend”. They hate taxes, but love to spend; their solution is to put off paying till later for our security today. They prefer to see our children pay for their debt. Neo-Conservative thinking has run up over an 9.5 trillion dollar debt that will not be paid off for a generation or more, and is still increasing at an astounding rate with no end to deficit spending in sight.

25. B-I-FNG-O!!
You have taken the words out of my mouth, and said them better. I really wish that saying could be drilled in everyone's head. We are in debt up to our eyeballs because of their habit of tax breaks to corporations and the rich while at the same time spending billions on a war that never should have been.

36. I prefer to label the GOP as "Spend and Tax"
At some point the massive debt has to be addressed, and that means some sort of TAX, be it:

A tax on income (pay me later only with interest)
A tax on future generations (Here ya go kids!)
A tax on discretionary programs (less available for infrastructure & education)
A tax on national security (less available to support a viable military deterrent)
A tax on entitlements (less available for Medicare & Social Security)

The conservative notion that we can bury our heads in the sand and pretend that everything is fine and that no one will ever have to pay the piper is ludicrous. It's all part of the "me first" syndrome, where little or no opposition to massive deficit spending occurs, as long as someone else foots the bill or suffers the consequences down the road.

39. They love shooting too
Aaaahhh...the good old GOP they just keep on giving and giving! I ran across an item in how they are doing some fund raising in NH, and probably other areas too, but I found this article quite informative, especially about how this is such an electrifying thing to do!
This was in the Union Leader, a heavily leaning republican paper. Found this on their website.
