going to be in favor of paying for it anyway.

In fact, the average repub will say "Oh, they should just privatize all of this" for which either one of two things will happen: their health insurance premiums will skyrocket even further as they pick their noses wondering "why???!!! it must be all those frivolous lawsuits, thats what senator dumbhofe keeps telling me" or, quite simply, the care won't be delivered in the private sector (why would the private sector managed care corporations want to pay for all of this??) and the veterans will suffer.
