I feel badly for the poor old guy, but Dawkins won't pull punches with anyone.

2. I wouldn't say hallucination here
I don't think that's true in this case.

The man has had several emotional experiences in which his brain was flooded with dopamine. The experiences are real; it's the interpretation that's off. The true test for me is -- what has he done with this? Has he gathered an army based on his experiences and enforced his religion on everyone within his power? Or has he spent his life in meek service to others? If the latter is the case, there is no shame for the man and there is no lessening of his good life just because he interpreted his physical experiences in such a non-rational way.

3. "Jesus is the Rock" of his faith?

The man doesn't even know the elementary metaphors associated with his belief system. PETER was the Rock.

5. Dawkins was telling like it is, and being as gentle as he could about it.
Has he softened his approach since he was lampooned on South Park, or has he always been so polite?

I've only ever seen him speak publicly once, but nobody in the audience where I was presented Dr. Dawkins with this sort of question.

9. That guy was being sincere and speaking from the heart
Some guys deserve to be ridiculed, that guy didn't. Dawkins handled it in the most polite way possible
