1. Wal-mart could have put in a fair amount of crowd controls...

The terror attack may or may not occur.

Yippie for Georgia, probably.

Sorry about the Federal employees.

Wal-mart was negligent, though what happened is technically a symptom of a greater problem and because that problem isn't wal-mart, nobody can be bothered. (useless things like self-control, respect for others, concern for others)

2. I hold Wal Mart responsible for what happened
but I do not believe that the instigators of the mob should be held blameless either. The persons who instigated the stampede must be found and punished alongside Wal Mart.

And the horse it rode in on. I hope the lawsuit sticks and WM pays big. Scrue apathetic Georgia voters for blessing Saxby for the way he treated Max Cleland. Saxby needs to be terminated, not re-elected. I would enjoy watching him rent by horses.

4. Riots..
In most countries ppl riot for food and things to help their families survive.. only in america do we have mobs rushing for a deal on a 50 inch TV.. sigh
