39. Excellent description but you left out 'coked out'
Deer in the headlights is adequate though not quite accurate - you look into his eyes and it is easy to see that there's no activity going on behind them, so of course he could see into Putin's soul as he did it through a coked out haze. They're dead eyes indicating a blank brain further burned out by cocaine and Jim Beam.

I was listening to him the other day as the recalcitrant drunkard that he is shifted blame for his criminality and poor governance, and I noticed that he can hardly breathe as if he's had to have his nostrils rebuilt from snorting so much blow.

2. I couldn't see the deer in the headlights look, but I did see
a strange resemblance to a "Night of the Living Dead" zombie thing going on in that portrait.

Or maybe "I had a hangover from being stinking drunk the night before and puking my guts out" look...


anyway, I hope it gets hit by lightning and burns to a crisp
