2. Jim Nicholsan was the ultimate "parrot on shoulder"
Shinseki's skills are desperately needed in any DoD position. May as well be at Veteran's Affairs. The next time a democratic congress offers money to the VA, Shinseki won't be turning it down, like Nicholson did.
