2. Cramer is usually freaking out because he really doesn't know
what's going on and it's come as a horrible surprise to him.

He's actually right in this segment.

At the very least, banks need to answer the AP's four questions before they get another dime.

Oh, and Cramer? Paulson's scam was always a big cash giveaway to banking CEOs. He is an ideologue along the lines of Norquist and wants to see government so crippled by debt that there is nothing left over for we the people. It will be support the military and that's it, in their fevered dream of Utopia.

Unfortunately, we the people are finally getting wise and the military will need to go on a strict diet very soon.

5. Oh - So now he speaks up??
Why hasn't he said anything before?? He was one of the ones telling everyone to go invest right?? And just now, after it is obvious that we are in an economic shitstorm, he is outraged?? He should go to hell along with Bill Kristol and all of the other prognosticators that got everything so wrong over the last 8 years....

12. Out of context
The e-mail was asking Cramer whether he should withdraw his money from Bear Stearns. Cramer did the prudent thing by advising the person to stay put, had Cramer told him to take his money out, it would have resulted in a run on Bear Stearns.

9. TV is entertainment
TV is just entertainment and that includes MSNBC, FOX News, MTV, and CNN. Everyone is in for ratings. This could be the biggest reality show ever.

7. Government
I can't believe the Government didn't require the banks to keep track of the money.

11. Cramer gets this one right.
Cramer has made some poor financial recommendations, and is often over the top. However, I am really with him and enjoying his outrage about these Wall Street CEOs, as well as his fury at the leadership of the Treasury and of the Fed ripping us of.
