The Republican Party wants us to believe that Congress is wasting everyone's time by bickering over whether or not to seat Burris, the ongoing Blagojevich investigation, and the Minnesota recount. But it is the duty of Congress to enforce the laws of the United States, and these activities fall well within their scope. Mike Papantonio of Air America's Ring of Fire appears on Fox News' Bulls and Bears to debate the issue.
