Nixon VP Spiro Agnew defends Nixon Adminstration from charges that it is "cool" (in a bad way) to school desegregation ... kind of amazing it was still being talk about in 1970.

Leon Panetta quitting over Nixon's school desegregation policy is mentioned by ABC anchor Howard K. Smith - who is interviewing the VP - about a mintue in ... Panetta was a Republican, but switch over due to Nixon's civil rights policies.
