Truth commission is horseshit and Leahy can't be that stupid or gullible so he knows he's part of a cover up already.

But then, Turley is always brilliantly articulate, insightful and informative....a true scholar.

He was the only Constitutional scholar, out of about a dozen, to testify in front of Henry Hyde's Judiciary Committee (read kangaroo court) that President Clinton should be impeached.

He got that one wrong, very wrong. In fact he was a buffoon about it, ranting on and on about the "rule of law" while completely ignoring the fact that there was no crime ever committed in that case. He can be a total moron at times.

focus on even worst corruption, republican abuses and Constitutional law breaking to "brilliantly" (enhance ones, and his own) outlook & perception.

I find no fault in that.

And here's the thing most people fail to recognize (or choose to ignore), that if we invalidate their legacy and prove them to be criminals, this will ALSO invalidate everything ELSE did under their watch! Telco immunity? NO, let the lawsuits by the ACLU proceed (and return the FISA bill to 1978 standards of restriction). Revocation of Posse Comitatus? NO, make the standing Army in Country to STAND DOWN. The Patriot Act and Military Commissions Act? Please... do I even have to go there? HELL NO! And if you don't think Hanky-Bernanke aren't criminals by proxy, YOU ARE BRAIN DEAD. We just seen the biggest LEGAL bank heist in HISTORY. We prove, beyond a shadow of doubt, that Bush Crime Inc. are guilty, the WHOLE house of cards will fall and you will see a moral outrage in this country to equal the French Revolution! Yes, this bankers and Wall St. gamblers should be brought up on criminal charges too! It ALL hinges of investigating, prosecuting and CONVICTING Bush, Cheney, et al. PLEASE call and DEMAND a special prosecutor! OUR Country deserves it and WE the People deserve it for our future as a democracy. FIGHT or FAIL, your choice.
