If she says "You're right Dave, Rush is a total jackass" then what do you think right wingers will be saying about her? She's just trying to appear neutral.

AGAIN, the most used line by the rep. party used by Katie Couric......"you have to think of the debt for our kids and our kids kids" pleaseeeeeeeee..where was all of these rep. when we were pouring truckloads of money into IRAQ?????? They have to give a facade of being neutral. They know the host, whether it's Letterman or Leno, will ask for their opinion on people and policies and they sit there and come across as some wishy-washy wimp. If they gave their real opinion, they would jeopardize their newscast's TV ratings and their jobs.

To Letterman's credit, he's starting to beat the drums that Limbaugh is just a bunch of hot air and his credibility is only perceived. If people would look at Limbaugh, see the life he's lived, and analyze his rhetoric on his radio show and public speaking appearances, they'd see that he's just a glorified buffoon.

like an ass boil don't watch Katie. She risks nothing by calling a bloated Nazi propagandist for what he is. Al Franken wrote a book deriding Rash and he's about to be seated in the Senate. The big secret is that Limbaugh's audience is generally uneducated and has less money to spend.
That Rash keeps them angry at a mythical enemy that's taking their money is why Republicans still get support from people voting against their own best interests. This is why Republicans hate spending money on education. The last thing corporate America wants is educated people without jobs.

I hope, because if he does, been a joke on the Letterman show, then we have a new "king" in town.. The other gay who was "king" are out of a job now, after ruined your amazing country the last 8 year... I for one hope mr Letterman is given Rush a hard time and a hard place where he can be told who hi really is, one and for all.. Mr Letterman is maybe a "clown" in many thing.. But as many clown have been know to be, also a brave man who really believe in what he is doing.. And Letterman, have been a brave man a long time now, with his "presidential speatces" and so on... Where mr Bush have been seen as a long stupid clown compared to the others who have been shown as great spekars...

One of this day Rush Will go over the top, and attack someone who are not afraid of bite back, and sue the ass out of the fat old man, some Will call him a troll, but I believe troll to be fairly misunderstands being, who are just not as smart as the rest of us.. Allways loved Letterman, and even more now.. To dear tell mr Rush (Humburg) Limbaugh what a bonehead he is, is brave if you ask me.. And I just can't wait for the time when mr even mr Bonehead Limbaugh go over the top and beginning to attack someone who bite back.. Bully like him allways go to far, and then you might end up in a show where this drug adicted, pedofile old man is been castrated and trown out of town, and more to the point, out of radio and TV... And we wil never know about him in the end.. Just wait and se, the man wil go to far sooner or later... Even the Republican's can't all be that brainwashed and stupid to follow this man all over the place... No way.

It looks like they might are.. Or that they are to afraid of standing up for what THEY are believing, and to act according to that.. Most people in US is AFRAID of mr Rush Limbaugh, and would rather stand the other way than to tell this clown, this little twit what he really are.. As I have said in another tread here on DU. Limbaugh, is nothing more than a grown up school bully, who is picking on everyone who doesn't dear to stand up to him, and tell him what little ass he indeed are.. This drug addicted bandit should be treated as that he is, not as a hero to the "conservatives" in your country.. He is no hero, he is a mer bully who is acting as a bully because he can. And no one DEAR to stand up and tell everyone that he IS a school bully... Where are your heroes, who was something that the rest of the world admired goon?..
