I think I already know enough about the iconoclastic, misogynist thugs known as the Taliban ....

The intentional destruction of the Bamiyan statues tells me all I need to know ....

The public beatings of women informs me completely .... (or ANY beatings, for that matter) ...

FUCK them .... I will not watch this ....

If it werent for 911, the current administration would still be coddling them .... They are like minded brethren ...

and oh btw, they are still were bush left them cept now he protects their opium trade by proxy...or is it by his oversight,

there is clearly more work to do even by g.w. bush's lackadaisical standards

As opposed to the misogynist thugs known as the Northern Alliance/warlords. Explain how you relate the word iconoclastic to the Taliban.

Did you know Mr./Ms. Know-Enough-about-the-Taliban that the Taliban made boys grow beards as soon as it was possible, not just for the fundamental interpretations of Islam, but because the warloards would kidnap young boys for the child sex trade. The growth of beards would make younger boys look older. The child sex trade also abated somewhat under the Taliban but is now in full bloom once more ... much like the heron trade?

I wonder what Buddha would have thought about the destruction of the Bamiyan statues in one's quest for detachment. Whatta ya think?
