1. There should of been a plan before a dime was passed out.
Now there is still no plan?

2. More Information Please, Rachel.
This is one of the few times I have come away from an interview conducted by Rachel Maddow feeling a bit dissatisfied with the questions she asked and the introductory information she provided.

Harvard Law professor, Elizabeth Warren, is a very important figure in monitoring the Treasury's bail-out machinations, chairing as she does the Congressional Oversight Committee on the Bail-Out. I wanted to know what the parameters of her committee's assignment are, and what questions are being asked of the bailers and bailees. What information has she been given to review? What additional information does she need? And, importantly, why is she saying that "Krugman is right"? What exactly is he right about from her perspective?

Naturally, all these details require time to answer. Perhaps Rachel could have Warren on every few days to answer a few additional questions each day? I suspect that Warren is the most objective voice of all the "brightest guys in the room". Unlike Summers, she did not work for a hedge fund and, unlike Geithner, she was not formerly in bed with Summers, Paulson or Bernacke.
