7. This argument that no one can sue the illegal wiretappers, hopefully

will be put out in the garbage when Attorney Banks ton receives his day in court. If I were a law student and listening to this explanation of the White House stance, and then knowing the implications of it's unsound/illegal trampling of the constitution, I would hope it would create a whole generation of civil rights attorneys.
