5. Awesome
As if we didn't already get enough "shitty university" rhetoric chucked at us, now it's national headlines.

However, I don't believe this is the fault of President Crow. I believe we have some sort of board that votes on things like honorary degrees. Crow actually was pretty good as mobilizing support when the AZ legislature attempted to slash our budget by 40%.

6. Yes, that would be my take. There is something going on in the background involving the board
of trustees and someone who has given or gives a lot of money.

7. I'm honestly not surprised...
There is such a high level of republican stupidity infiltrating Arizona that I should have seen this coming. Now that Napolitano is gone, who is left to save us from self-destructing?

I can't wait to get out of this hell hole of a state.

it?

I would say, if you can get out, do it. I don't know how old you are, but it was family ties and illness that kept me in NC.

19. I'm here for a couple reasons.
I'm in the honors college, Barrett, which is suppose to be the best public honors college in the country and I also have scholarships.

But if tuition sky rockets like people have been predicting I might just leave anyway.

9. Who cares what ASU does?
Maybe they can give one to McCain. His "best work" is definitely behind him.

16. Kim Campbell the first woman elected Prime Minister of Canada ?
She was never elected.

Mulroney entered 1993 facing a statutory general election. By this time, his approval ratings had dipped into the teens, and were at 11% in a 1992 Gallup poll... He announced his retirement from politics in February and was replaced as Prime Minister by Defense Minister Kim Campbell in June.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Mulroney#Retirement

They lost the elections in great part because of Mulroney's "legacy".

Is Journalism dead ?
