Cheney ran Bush, and insisted on no one ever telling him he was fallible.

Here, Obama is clearly in charge, and Biden is just as clearly cool with it.

Can you imagine Dick Cheney with a bunch of elementary school kids, having
fun with them, and genuinely liking what he was doing? Biden was always a
people person, where Cheney always gave the impression that his own species
was a nuisance to be tolerated.

And yet Biden is not a baby-sitter, either, He knows his field, and knows
it backwards and forwards. Plus, he has no personal money stake in anything
the government does, no Halliburton for whom he wants to start a war to shore
up its stock.

I think he's perfect for the role: right man at the right time.

as is his boss.

Also he has no political ambitions, so he can concentrat on doing his job and doing it well.

Although I guess the storms were pretty bad, they did not appear to be in the station's viewing area?

Am I paranoid or what?????

It was a very good interview imo.

This was AWESOME!

(but really Leslie- when did "The White House tried to keep the reigns on Biden BEFORE he was Vice-president..."

How on Earth is that even possible???)
