1. Ah yes, Michael Steele, the gift that keeps on giving
When I hear people say Obama won because he was black, I wonder if they really think Steele would have even had a chance if he ran. Keyes was more right wing, more insane, and more intelligent than Steele yet he didn't have this huge 'black following'.

The truth is I think these people really do know the reason Obama won; because of his policy, because he represented something more than failed conservatives ideologies, but like most matters in reality that conflict with their views Conservatives either remain in denial, remain uninformed, or just lie about what's going on around them.

4. ? No. We did not luck out. If anything we would have been more lucky.
If Steele ran for president; he would have looked like a black male version of Sarah Palin. He would have made it easier. More people voted for Obama not because he was black but because he was more intelligent, his policies were more morally sound and rational, and he drew off of things that worked not only throughout history but also through the rest of the present-day industrialized world. Instead of feeding on culture and tradition, he relied on compassion and rationalism.

We did not luck out. It, at the very most, would not have made any difference. Alan Keyes (african american republican) campaigned for presidency in 1996, 2000, and 2008. Would we have been more lucky if Keyes did NOT run? no. not at all.

3. What Rapper do you think he pictures himself as?
I am sure that he must see himself (inside his head) as some hip hop artist as he delivers his lines. I wonder who it is? I am thinking that his decision making process must always start with "What would Vanilla Ice Do?"
