1. The fact that Panetta's "rebuttal" was made through an internal memo "leaked" to the public
speaks for itself. At least Nancy has been making her public statements AS public statements.

Meanwhile, Panetta admitted that the past Bush CIA did in fact lie, in that they stated the facts were not facts, just flawed recall !

6. Panetta has also admitted that CIA documentation of the briefings "may not be accurate."
Sen. Bob Graham has shown that only one of the four briefings the CIA has records of actually took place. Reasonable doubt must go to the defendant--even in a kangaroo court.
