MATTHEWS: It's not too cartoonish to describe Rush as sort of a walrus underwater. That's what he talks - woo, woo, woo. He's like a drowning walrus the way he talks. And then you've got Newt Gingrich, well, he looks like Metistopheles. And this this guy, well, Cheney is a troll. So you got a troll, a walrus and the Devil as your cartoon characters.
