Where is the Health and Human Services Secretary?

Saying "Look how conservative we are, looky look how mad our supporters are at us".

I'm a PT in a nursing home and the majority of patients are on Medicare. While Medicare doesn't tell us what to do at all, private insurance companies constantly question our treatment, refusing payment on some which forces us to do others. There were a few times they (blue cross) would send videographers to record the whole session to prove what we were doing was beneficial. The what would have been 30-45 minute treatment took up approx 2 hrs of the pts and therapists time waiting for release papers to be signed and setting up video equipment in various rooms we worked in for that one particular patient. We all moan when a private insurance patient comes in.

That alone would've tripled the views and recs IMO. I'm not saying anything, I'm just sayin' (TYT should know better).
