1. Yes but you see there is a difference.

Clinton got a blow job and got his cum all over here dress...now how disgusting is that?
Ensign probably did it in a baby diaper or maybe some whips and chains were involved...but all that is just good wholesome fun that sinners sometimes get tempted by the devil to do.
All Ensign has to do now is say "I have sinned lord" and cry a little and it will be all ok.

Does he just not care that he is a hypocrite and a liar? Or does he get to stop in on Sunday morning and make it all good?
