You are right here in that it is the right-wing that massively increased the police powers of the state in the name of the "war on terror". Torture, suspension of habeus corpus, pervasive domestic surveillance, and more, all in the name of the "war on terror".

Sadly, this is untrue. President Obama himself has called for re-instating the assault weapon ban. This was in his published Urban Policy on www.change.gov (where it is still there) and www.whitehouse.gov where it was until just a few weeks ago. Attorney General Holder called for a reinstating of the AWB and was loudly hushed by Nanci Pelosi and other prominent Democratic leaders.

Now you may say that bans are not confiscation but I argue that the result is the same, as you have prevented my ownership of entire classes of firearms.

They are completely full of shit. They don't believe all this crap they're saying. They are just trying to start trouble by scaring liberals. "Watch what you do or we'll shoot you".

This worked in the 60's but it's not working now.

I don't think we should depend on the FBI to keep track of this. They are sending out death threats to us in code everyday. WE have to right to defend ourselves TOO!

They are telling people to buy guns to shoot liberals with and I don't think we have to put up with their shit.

Law enforcement better start taking them seriously because something is going to happen. They are working night and day to make sure of it. And when it does people are going to get fired for not protecting the American people from right-wing terrorists.

We need to keep track of them ourselves so when something does happen the law can't say they didn't know.

Also, Alex Jones better start paying attention to this. They are using his videos and I don't think he's going to be happy about the result.
