Unfortunately, there is an element out there that live for every breath of shit Beck spews. They love him.

I have a conservative group in my town. They have their own webpage, have meetings, tea parties, and even a booth at the county fair. Their website has Beck and his books plastered all over the place. They just love the guy and think he is the greatest patriot of all times, even going as far as telling me he is the ONLY person telling the truth.

They have a small chat window on their website. I have tried to talk to them about issues, but it's really impossible. All they know is what Beck tells them. They buy hook line and sinker the birther stuff, the FEMA camps for putting us in, and yesterday had a link to prove there are troop trains ready to haul us away.

They were having meetings at one of the local clubs (Amvets) and were told they couldn't use it anymore because of the by-laws prohibiting political affiliation. They were really pissed about that but believed the local chapter was threatened by the government because they were doing to much harm to the administration. About 60 members at most, in a small little hick town nobody has ever heard of. Oh brother!

These people are just plain nuts, and lap up anything Beck says. They really have a man crush on the blowhard idiot. I wonder when this divide in politics will finally blow up and we have some really bad confrontations. Once I capitulated, and in so many words told them there is no reasoning with them because they are nuts, along with slamming Beck, they became pretty hostile, and started talking guns and calling me names.

The right has been tolerating and even encouraging this for years. They are to blame and should be embarrassed. These things tend to come back and bite you in the ass-as the GOP is discovering.
