The Senate voted 68 to 31 to confirm Judge Sotomayor as an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court. Floor debate centered around her statements on judicial activism, and the role empathy should play in judging.

1. Judicial activism depends on the beholder.
I hate this debate because it's not really a debate.

The term "judicial activism" was invented by the elite
and the corporate to label anyone pro human over pro
corporate and pro rich.
