1. An orderly meeting, a reasonably intelligent challenge, a good answer

2. Consumer Driven Healthcare...
...what the man means is, if you've got the money to pay for your care, you can get it, otherwise you're shit out of luck. The company I retired from some time back was recently taken over by yet a bigger, more hard-nosed, less employee-friendly bunch and at the first opportunity switched our healthcare coverage from BCBS to United Healthcare - and their version of 'consumer-driven' care. The bottom line was that the monthly premium was reduced by about 10% but the annual deductible increased by ten times and the annual total out-of-pocket by twenty times. And even when I became Medicare eligible (spouse has a couple of more years to go) and UHC secondary for me, the deductible and OOP remained the same - again, while the monthly premium only went down less than 15%...that's with Medicare paying the lion's share of coverage.

When this guy says that 'only a few' don't have coverage - then says it's some 40 million - why wasn't he laughed off the stage? (Probably because the guy looks like he could kick everybody's ass in the building)...and then when he says the system only needs 'tweeking' - 'tweeking' when this country pays a hellovalot more than all the others and gets worse care?...again, LOL. The final point is that what he's really concerned about is that people in the healthcare (sic) industry might find that they no longer will make those princely salaries on the backs of us that have no other choice - other than to die.

the vast majority of the media there had their cameras on the crowd, hoping to catch a "disruption."
