1. Very good! If you hear or read something on the internet that just
doesn't sound right or even just sounds unfamiliar, you can Google it and get independent sources for yourself. That is completely revolutionizing people's expectations with regard to veracity.

What he is saying is that on television you have a person... living and breathing.... right there who is not doing their job.

5. it also makes sense...
that an thousands upon thousands of people are better at pointing out lies than one or two people. The internet puts your words out there for millions upon millions of people to fact check.
