These old documentaries tend to show that Repukes were just as stupid way back when, as they are now. These films were created during the time of the McCarthy Era. When people had to sign loyalty oaths and we all had to crawl under our desks when the air raid sirens went off.

That's a new one. I dunno, sometimes it scares me to think of the things I've done. I probably still have a shitload of arsenic in my body as a byproduct of much of it. I don't regret having done those things, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

My first trip was at an Animation Celebration film, it was simply amazing. No hot dogs were murdered that day. :)

Whole series package of similar films with a big workbook. The films were pretty over the top like this one but the overall program actually went into a lot of depth, teaching the difference between different drugs' effects, identifying different pills by shape and color, etc. It was a lot less rightwing-preachy than you might think. Plus it helped that at our Jr. Hi they had Mr. Bell, the cool young history teacher (you had one like him, of course) run the program so he could reach the kids.:)

The only other film/chapter I remember was one where some kid on speed wanted to fix a radio so he spent the whole night taking apart every other radio in the house.

Still, given the number of rock stars who kill themselves by taking excessive amounts of drugs, there is a precedent, and not just corporate, to keep people off this shit.

Pity corporations don't care about critical thinking, I'm surprised Lockheed doesn't try to get more drugs legal and encouraging people to do them nowadays...
