Steve Leser bets the cast of Cashin' In that by August 22, 2010, Unemployment will be 7.5% or lower or, in honor of Wayne Rogers, formerly of M*A*S*H, he will come on the show dressed as Klinger. Klinger, if you recall, attempted to get out of the army by dressing as a woman.

Wayne Rogers was Trapper John, later played by Pernell Roberts as an older doctor, also Before Hawkeye got to the 4077th, another Doctor Mark Craig was there, if you watched St. Elsewhere you will see William Daniels talking about his time with Trapper in Korea.

I said in honor of him I would come dressed as Klinger. If I was wrong.
