1. Tool Leno smiled politely
but he knows in his bought-and-paid-for heart of hearts that his corporate overlords would never permit ridicule of such a sacred cow as Sarah Palin (sorry for the gender-specific euphemism, but 'sacred bull' is not in the public lexicon).
