it's common sense and human survival. Capitalism without controls will kill everything it's very self evident. It doesn't mean capitalism can't exist and thrive it just has to be regulated for its own protection and everyone else's and to provide fair competition. Free capitalism encroaches on everybody else's freedom with is no form of freedom at all, it only emphasizes the phrase freedom is slavery. At least within their utopia that is.
