Shrub's younger brother and almost as much of a fuckup. He should have gone to jail after Silverado Savings and Loan crashed in the 80's, but just like brother Shrub's insider trading, Poppy Bush managed to keep him from getting indicted. If you haven't kept up with him, he's the one that got funneled millions in taxpayer funded subsidies by brother Shrub for his software business.

Had Neil gone to prison as he should have, it's quite possible that Pierce would have been fathered by the UPS man. However he has the look of the product of a perverted union between Alfred E. Newman and a red-assed monkey, so there's no mistaking him for anything but a true Bush. Like Shrub, he is pursuing a professional career in alcohol consumption.
