3. K&R. But I do think the truth is a perfect defense. If you're going to break the rules of decorum,

at least be right. If you're not, then the harshest punishment on the books should apply to you.

If someone had done that to Bush while he was lying, then that person would be a hero.

Just like yelling fire in a crowded theater. If there is one, you just saved lives, if there isn't....
